How We Began
Built on job sites, not boardrooms.
NovaHaus started with a truck, a set of tools, and a reputation for doing things right. What began as small renovations for neighbours grew — through referrals and repeat clients — into a full residential construction company trusted with everything from structural repairs to custom homes.
We've stayed deliberately family-led. That means the person who quotes your project is the same person who stands behind it, and the standards never get diluted as we grow.

Slava has spent decades on residential sites across the GTA — framing walls, pouring foundations and finishing rooms with his own hands. That experience shapes everything NovaHaus does today.
